  • Study training, health and brain.

  • Training 6-7 days per week 1-2 hours per day for years. Blood and health test results show high inflammation throughout body and brain. Severity increasing past year. Brain injury (concussions - white matter degeneration, decreased fractional anisotropy, etc.) is one cause for this. The other is likely training workload and volume. Make Adjust, monitor then assess results (30-60 days).

  • Training Approach: <75 minutes. 3-12 sets per muscle. High intensity. Muscle contraction focus. 6 days per week.

  • Heavy dizziness. Impacts movement and ability to function. Head pain intensity increased. Depression remains.

  • Executive function, attention to detail, memory, etc. challenges. Severity and frequency increasing.
